Raised in San Dimas CA, Amy has been singing since the age of
3. After 4 kids and several medical setbacks she’s living out her
dreams. Known for her powerful vocals and model looks while in
Nashville she caught the attention of many industry professionals. Amy
was featured in July 09 issue of Country Weekly Magazine as well as
the Sept 09 cover story for Nashville Music Guide.
Dave Adams is an amazing vocalist and guitarist who worked with
members of Journey, The Tubes, Steve Miller Band, and lead vocals for
Montrose (Hit Song Rock Candy). His song “Green Eyes” which he
wrote and performed went to #10 on music row. Dave set aside his
project headed to Europe to join Amy on a summer tour of promotion
for “Comin’ Home”. They instantly noticed the onstage chemistry and
magic of their voices, talent and experience combining. During that trip,
they began working on writing together and joining voices on more of
Dave Adams originals. This was the creative explosion of “Rock This
Town” “Can You Hear Me Now” and the next major release “Party
Tonight”. To see them on stage is an undeniable fire and dynamic that
is contagious. The two amazing artists in their own have now joined
forces to bring “Scruggs and Adams” to the country music scene.
Scruggs and Adams have opened for country greats including Clint
Black, Charlie Daniels, Little Texas, Hal Katchum, Phil Vasser and
others. They dedicate their careers and time to our troops through the
USO Ontario and AMVETS Service Foundation. They have performed
on Miramar Marine Base, FT Irwin Barstow, The Coast Guard, The
Marine Corp Ball and other Military and Veteran events. The new
single “Comin’ Home” written by Dave Adams is a celebration song for
our heroes. Scruggs and Adams have just been officially endorsed by
the AMVETS service foundation for California. AMVETS California has
chosen “Comin’ Home” as their theme song and Scruggs and Adams
are now their spokespersons as well.
